Add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
Keep your ticket or season pass on your phone, so you are not digging through your inbox at the door.

Putting your ticket in your wallet is the difference between walking straight in and standing at the door scrolling through your mail.
On an iPhone
- Open the confirmation email or your ticket page on your iPhone.
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
- Confirm with Add in the top right.
The ticket is now in the Wallet app.
On an Android phone
- Open the confirmation email or your ticket page on your phone.
- Tap Add to Google Wallet.
- Confirm in the Google Wallet app.
Why it helps
- You can find your ticket without internet — handy in a sports hall with poor reception.
- The pass can appear on your lock screen when you are near the venue, around match time.
- A season pass stays in your wallet all season. There is nothing more to do with it.
If your ticket is cancelled
If your ticket is revoked or refunded, the pass in your wallet expires automatically. That is expected.
No button?
Not every club has wallet passes switched on. Without that button, the QR code in your confirmation email works fine at the door.
