What does NaarDeMatch cost?
One fixed amount per club: €200 per year, with unlimited tickets, season passes and scanners. No setup fee, no commission per ticket. Only Mollie's transaction fee per online payment is paid directly to Mollie.
Does the scanner work without internet?
Yes. Before each match the scanner preloads the valid tickets. If the connection drops you keep scanning — double entry stays impossible and everything syncs as soon as you're back online.
How does our fixture list get into the system?
Automatically. Clubs at Basketbal Vlaanderen connect with their club ID; other federations connect through an iCal feed. Adding matches manually is possible too.
Which payment methods can supporters use?
Bancontact and credit cards, through your own Mollie account. The money lands straight in the club account — NaarDeMatch is never between you and your money.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within the week. We set up your club; you connect the calendar and Mollie, pick colours and prices, and your ticket page is live. No installation or hardware needed.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union (Paris). Payment data stays with Mollie, QR codes contain no personal data, and the platform is built to GDPR.
